1. Acceptance

By browsing this site, requesting a demo, or embedding Ava on a builder site, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

2. What we provide

Pool Lead Flow provides Ava, an AI chat specialist for pool builder websites, plus the Sales Desk where your team views leads and takes over conversations. Ava qualifies visitors on project, budget, timeline, full name, and phone, and creates a callback request (NEEDS CALL while your business is open, CALL AT OPEN or SCHEDULED CALLBACK after hours). No external calendar is required.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business info, pricing, service area, and hours used to train Ava. You are responsible for disclosures to homeowners that they are chatting with AI.
• Obtain proper consent before calling or texting homeowners, and comply with TCPA, CASL, and applicable telemarketing laws.
• Do not use Ava to collect sensitive data (SSN, card numbers) or for unlawful, deceptive, or discriminatory purposes.

4. AI disclaimer

Ava generates answers from your configured knowledge and general language capabilities. It may make mistakes. You remain responsible for the accuracy of offers, pricing, timelines, and availability you publish. Review conversations in the Sales Desk.

5. Fees and trials

Demo requests are free. Paid plans, if offered, will be described in an order form and billed as agreed. No refunds unless stated in the order form.

6. Intellectual property

• We own Pool Lead Flow, Ava prompts, and the dashboard. You own your builder content, conversation transcripts, and lead data.
• You grant us a license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
• Site imagery and copy are owned by us or licensed. Hero images are licensed stock, not client work unless labeled.

7. Testimonials and results

Any results or testimonials shown are examples, not guarantees. Actual results depend on traffic, pricing, and follow-through.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim or $100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. On termination we will, on your request, export or delete your hosted conversation data within 30 days, subject to retention backups.
